Vegan Friendly Green Protein Smoothie

I’m a sucker for a good smoothie, especially one this green. I don’t know what it is about sipping this protein packed green juice that makes me feel like I have myself together.

I like to drink this smoothie first thing, it really gives me the get up and go I need to start my day.

In the past I’ve struggled to get my daily protein intake to where it needs to be, when I went vegan it become even harder. Adding a scoop of V-Whey into my smoothies has made my life so much easier.

  • 1 Scoop V-Whey Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 Cup Frozen Mango
  • 1/2 Cup Green Grapes
  • 2 Cups Baby Spinach
  • 1 + 1/2 Tbs Chia Seeds
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk or Water
  • 1/4 Cup Orange or Apple Juice
  • Optional – 1 Tbsp Agave or Maple Syrup for sweetness


  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.

My favorite thing about this smoothie is how quick and easy it is to make. If I’ve woken up late, forgot to make breakfast the night before or just don’t feel like spending too long in the kitchen, this is a 5 minute job and filled with all the right nutrients I need to start my day.

It’s a perfect evening snack if you’re looking to fulfil a sweet treat craving and you could even try it post workout for a burst of energy!
