Best Refreshing Fit Mocktails for Summer

We know it’s hard to say no sometimes when people are asking you why you don’t drink alcohol… but hey no alcohol doesn’t mean no fun and no deliciousness! That’s why I’ve found (and tested them of course) for you some really awesome Fit Mocktails for this summer. I bet your friends are actually going to be jealous and might steal your drink!

1. Watermelon Basil Mocktail

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of watermelon chunks
  • 1/4 cup of fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup of lime juice
  • 1 tsp of maple syrip
  • 2 cups of sparkling water

Instructions:

  1. Blend watermelon, basil, lime juice, and honey in a blender until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher.
  3. Add in the sparkling water.
  4. Serve over ice and garnish with a slice of watermelon and a basil leaf.

Health benefits:

Watermelon is rich in antioxidants, particularly lycopene, which has been linked to reduced risk of heart disease and certain types of cancer. Basil is also packed with antioxidants, as well as anti-inflammatory compounds that may help improve digestion and reduce stress.

2. Pineapple Ginger Mocktail

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup of ginger syrup
  • 1/4 cup of lime juice
  • 2 cups of sparkling water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Blend everything (besides sparkling water)
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher.
  3. Stir in the sparkling water.
  4. Serve over ice and garnish with a slice of pineapple and a sprig of mint.

3. Blueberry Lemon Mocktail

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of blueberries
  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice
  • 1 tsp of maple syrup
  • 2 cups of sparkling water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Blend blueberries, lemon juice, and honey in a blender until smooth.
  2. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher.
  3. Stir in the sparkling water.
  4. Serve over ice and garnish with a few blueberries and a slice of lemon.

Health benefits:
